GS is unmistakable in cocktails
Viburnum berries
Our main botanical is viburnum berries. We harvest them locally in the village called Farmer’s Friend, near Lyskovo in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Viburnum is the component that makes our gin’s taste and flavor so distinctive.

Our recipe includes many botanicals. The solid and powerful taste of Grey Shine will lend a definite pop to your drink.
Team
Exceptional exposure to a great variety of tastes has been our standard of expertise for almost ten years now. All these years, we have also been collecting and studying gins: more than 400 specimens from all over the world and deep insight into how gin behaves in mixes.
We have been able to see the lay of the land in the industry and set a high bar for ourselves from the get-go: Grey Shine ought to be distinctive in complex cocktails. And we made it.
We are not about legacy or inheritance, this brand is driven by aspiration of regular bartenders, their dream made reality.

PROCESS
Take just one sip of properly chilled gin and tonic and you’ll know what we mean when we say that Grey Shine is strong on botanicals. The drink invites a slow pace, to get the full in-depth experience and enjoy the pearly coloring — the effect of opalescence is the signature shine of Russian spirits.
During distillation, all botanical components are treated gently with spirit vapors. This method produces the most distinctive and rich flavor.
PRODUCTION
Our gin is made entirely of the neutral base, water and organic botanicals. It contains no sweeteners or artificial flavor.
Averse to mass production, Grey Shine is truly artisanal. One workshift makes just 100 bottles that get distributed to our partner stores, bars and private collections.
Following distillation, we dilute gin to the optimal strength of 46% ABV.

Add 50 ml of Grey Shine and 150 ml of sparkling tonic, a classic Indian or your preferred variety.
If you are looking for something special, include a slice of lemon or a side of parsley. The greens are optional, but essential in our signature presentation.
